Visiting family in Omaha, my mom and I awoke a the butt crack of dawn to see this majestic event of the natural world to see for ourselves what we’ve been hearing about for our lives. It was a beautiful thing to witness a small part of their life’s journey as they continue on their big trip.
Jennie & Josh eloped in Oakland city hall. They lucked out with a solid officiant that had a wonderful presence and dropped some nice wisdom about relationships. Who doesn’t need that!? The two mom’s flew out to take part in their special day as well and were giddy with how they had both lucked out. After the ceremony we went on a little adventure for portraits around Lake Merritt, Grand Lake Theatre and ending up things Sequoia Bayview Trail in Joaquin Miller Park. I got to see the couple’s awesome dance moves, eagerness to have fun and their burgeoning love.
Event photography for AGS in loud and lively Austin, Texas. Attendees enjoyed engaging speeches and relaxed chats under the oak trees. For lunch, guests feasted on tasty barbeque from the well-known Terry Black’s BBQ, a highlight of the day. The atmosphere was enhanced by live music from talented local artists as the sun set. The evening ended with drinks by the campfire, enjoying delicious s'mores under the stars.
